MPPT charge controller circuit has >95% efficiency. This solar MPPT charge controller has been designed for Load Shedding mode, and you can connect your existing Inverter or UPS with it. When the battery voltage reaches 28/56V, After 10 minutes it will disconnect your AC Mains of existing Inverter so that entire load runs on battery. In evening, when solar power is low or battery voltage is less than DOD voltage, It will connect AC Mains/Grid, so that battery remains charged.

Battery DOD means BATTERY DEPTH OF DISCHARGE. It has 4 DOD setting. 20%, 30% 40% 50%. For Maximum Solar and Battery Use select DOD on 50%. If you select DOD on 50% it will use battery up to 22/44 V in day time when sufficient solar is available after that it will connect AC Mains. and disconnect AC mains after 10 minutes of Battery fully charged & solar power is available.
