Return & Refund Policy

Order cancellation: You can cancel your order any time before the product dispatch by making a phone call or whatsapp message. After the product dispatch cancellation is not allowed. If you want to cancel the Order you will be charged 5% cancellation charge. 

Failed Online Transactions: For unsuccessful online transactions, refunds are automatically processed back to the source account. This process may take up to 7 working days. It's important to note that a failed transaction indicates that Aastha Mart has not received the funds, making your Bank/Card Provider the ideal source of support for such cases. Within our capacity, we're here to assist you with these issues.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For the convenience of cash on delivery (COD) service, When placing COD orders, customers are required to pay a minimum of Rs 70 or 5% of the order value, whichever is higher. Balance payment will be paid to courier person by cash or UPI. 

Cancellation of COD Orders: Please note that in the case of cancelled COD orders, Advance Payment refunds will not be processed. The advance payment collected covers Packaging and Logistical costs associated with the order.

Replacement & Return: We use very good quality material to pack the product to safely deliver. If you still received a damaged Product. Do not worry, We are here to help you. We will replace the damaged product with a new product. We accept Return/Replacement with in 3 days of product delivery. Please read all term and conditions. 

  • If You received damage product.
  • you received different product as you ordered.
  • Parts and accessories missing.

For Return/Replacement after receiving the Product, Unpacking Uncut all sides Video is Compulsory on the delivery day. if Video is not available we will not accept any Return or Replacement. However, damages due to Wrong Installation, Connections or Customer Non application are not covered.

For Minor damage product we can Compensate (Up to 10% of Product Invoice value)

In Case Product does not Work on Installation, We will arrange Company Service Engineer Visit,  if Service engineer visit is not possible, we will replace the Product. We will arrange Return Pickup from your end by our own Courier at our cost.

Please make sure goods are in the original packaging, warranty card, Warranty seal should not be tampered or broken, all accessories are with in the Product, Product should be unused and there should not be any scratches on the product. 

After receiving the product (No Scratch Original with all accessories) . We will dispatch new Product with in two days. If the Product is not Available in Stock for 15 days then we will Refund you in seven working days.

We cannot be held responsible for Return products damaged due to wrong packing by customer. Therefore, we recommend please pack the Return product as it came to you. We are unable to issue a refund/product replacement without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Conditions for Return or Replacement:

  • The returned product must be unused, unopened, with all accessories and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • In case of Replacement, There will be Free of Cost Replacement
  • In Case of Return, 
    Prepaid - The Return Shipping Charges will be Deducted and 2% Payment Gateway/Bank Charges are deducted
    Cash on Delivery - The Return Shipping Charges will be Deducted and Advance partial Payment is not refunded

Approved Refunds: Refund payments will be made via NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer to the source account. Customers who have made Cash on Delivery purchases need to share their bank details for processing.

Refund Charges: Refunds may be subject to charges of up to 2% due to processing fees imposed by Banks/Gateways. Kindly note that we receive payments after these deductions and can only refund the amount received on our end.

Reshipping: Returns that don't meet criteria or are due to non-availability at the delivery address may be reshipped upon customer request. In such cases, actual re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
